Shipping Policy

We ship Monday – Friday between the hours of 9 am-2 pm ( +8.00 GMT ) , with the exception of Malaysia Public holidays.
All orders above West Malaysia MYR80 and Sabah/Sarawak MYR150  will receive complimentary shipping with tracking via J&T Express & Ninja Van. Delivery will be attempted within 3-7 working days.
Pre-order items are stocks which are not on hand and therefore have to wait around 7 or more days. Such Items are typically items that need special arrangement or are custom made items. If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped at once when all pre-ordered items are available. We will advice that you may purchase the item seperately in 2 orders etc if you’re urgent or it’s for gifting.
Please allow at least 1 business days after your order is shipped for the tracking information to appear online. If the tracking information does not update online, and the expected delivery date has passed, please contact our support squad at so that we can assist you further.
Please also note that the shipping fee is not refundable in the event of wrong information of delivery placed by customers.
We ship all orders globally via express shipping. Express shipping – Fedex / Aramex / Gdex / DHL Delivery.
For international orders under MYR 600 depends on your location, there is a flat rate delivery charge.
Please note that delivery times commence from the date of dispatch. The day as we mention above, is the business day (not include weekend and public holiday) Take a note that we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, especially during busy period and season.
All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customers.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages. If we have a package sent back to us for an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt, we will email you an invoice for the fee  to cover the cost of shipping the package a second time. If you haven’t received your order within 21 days after you receive an email stating that your order was shipped, please email us at
